As the world of human resources continues to evolve, traditional assessment methods are being complemented by innovative approaches that provide deeper insights into candidates' capabilities. One of the primary goals of this project was to create a set of engaging and scientifically grounded game-based assessments to measure critical work behaviour's.
Identifying behavior and characteristics of curiosity through indicators, The Game was crafted to simulate realistic work scenarios where candidates’ proactive behaviours could be measured. In this interactive game, players face various work situations requiring initiative, decision-making, and strategic thinking. The game captures players’ ability to take action, anticipate problems, and suggest solutions, offering valuable insights into their capacity to manage dynamic work environments.
Finally, a key part of the project was the development of Measurement Constructs and Indicators for thecandidates. These documents define the specific criteria and indicators used to evaluate candidates in the game. By establishing a clear framework for assessment, the measurement constructs ensure consistency and reliability in evaluating how candidates perform under pressure, providing a more objective approach to understanding a candidate's potential in real-world work situations.
